Stuff Jalapeno with cheese mixture.
Coat Jalapeno with egg and cover with Panko Bread crumb.
Deep fry until golden brown.
Char Sui Sauce
Cut up the Onion, Apple and Capsicum.
Add Onion, Apple and Capsicum to Pressure Cooker with water.
Add Pork to Pressure Cooker.
Cook till tender and reduced.
Remove Pork and place in Baking tray.
Thicken vegetable reduction with corn flour.
Add thicken sauce to baking tray with Pork.
Spread Char Sui over the top of Pork and Vegetable then grill till tops are charred.
Add to Bao Bun with Slaw.
